Abigail (Abby) Chitwood, MD, is an Obstetrics & Gynecology specialist. She specializes in both obstetrics and gynecology. This means that she cares for a large breadth of patients with pregnancy-related conditions as well as gynecological issues. She loves being a part of the full spectrum of women’s healthcare, which includes adolescence to beyond menopause. Her goal is to make a visit to the OB/GYN not only less stressful for patients but also a visit where you can feel comfortable asking questions and seeking advice from a physician you trust. Her practice is a part of BJC Medical Group, and she is based out of Missouri Baptist Hospital. In her spare time, Dr. Chitwood enjoys reading books, cooking, spending time outside, and hanging out with her family. She has two children, a wild 2.5-year-old named Adam and a wonderful 5-month-old named Mae. They are the joy of her life.
